OceanEx will perform scheduled system maintenance between 23:00, March 5th - 07:00, March 6th, 2021(UTC+8). The upgrade will take approximately 8 hours. Protecting user assets and personal information security is always our top priority, your assets, and personal information will be very safe, please rest assured.
During the maintenance, OceanEx will suspend the following functions:
- Deposit and withdrawal functions of all listed coins/tokens;
- Deposit and withdrawal functions of Fiat;
- Trading functions of all listed trading pairs;
- Trading functions of all listed perpetual contract trading pairs;
- KYC verification(including Fiat KYC verification).
Please do not make any deposits during the maintenance. Since the market is dynamic, by the end of the maintenance, the market price of any token could be sharply above or below the price before maintenance. If you are concerned about price fluctuations, you may consider canceling unfilled orders before maintenance.
During this time, we will pause all perpetual contract functionalities including order matching, order placement, margin adding, and funds transfer between accounts. Please take necessary measures before the upgrade, such as adding the margin, lowering the leverage, or even closing positions to avoid potential risks like forced-liquidations caused by market volatility.
