Expected annualized returns：
Case 1: 3% If the price of BTC has been less than (or equal to) $47000 or greater than ( or equal to) $53000 during the lock-up period, the investor will obtain the expected annual return of 3%.
Case 2: 21.2%~23.6%
If the price of BTC has always been in the range of $47000 ~ $53000 during the lock-up period, the investor will obtain the expected annual return of 21.2%~23.6% based on the BTC price.
