If the price of BTC has been less than (or equal to) $9500 or greater than ( or equal to) $11500 during the lock-up period, the investor will obtain the expected annual return of 3%.
Case 2: 20.5%~23.5%
If the price of BTC has always been in the range of $9500 ~ $11500 during the lock-up period, the investor will obtain the expected annual return of 20.5%~23.5% based on the BTC price.
