Expected annualized returns：
Case 1: 3%
If the price of BTC has been less than (or equal to) $8000 or greater than ( or equal to) $10000
during the lock-up period, the investor will obtain the expected annual return of 3%.
Case 2: 18.5%~21.5%
If the price of BTC has always been in the range of $8000 ~ $10000 during the lock-up period, the investor will obtain the expected annual return of 18.5%~21.5% based on the BTC price.

- Observed Price: BTC / USD index price at Deribit exchange.
- Gains will be calculated from the start date of lock-up period. Initial assets and gains will be transferred within 3 working days to users’ accounts after the end of lock-up period.
