Due to an unforeseen outage by one of our service providers, OceanEx was briefly down at 17:45 (UTC+8) today but was properly restored at 18:20 (UTC+8).
We were able to resolve this issue and there were no effects on the system. All users' assets are safe and secure. Orders made directly before the outage may not have been registered and they can be executed again. Orders made before the outage were not affected and can continue to be filled.
We apologize for any inconvenience that might cause during the outage. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
