Due to some API issues of blockchain node servers that OceanEx is currently using, we are experiencing delays in deposits. We are working with our service provider to fix this as soon as possible. OceanEx will therefore suspend deposits and withdraw from 00:20, 4th December 2019 (UTC+8), until the provider fixed the API issue, with an estimated time of 8 hours.
During the upgrade, OceanEx will suspend the functions of deposits and withdrawals. Tradings and other account functions will not be affected. Deposits that are not completed before the start of the upgrade will be processed after the upgrade is complete. Please allow some time for deposits to be reflected in your account following the upgrade.
We apologize for any inconvenience that might cause during the upgrade. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
Please note that the 8 hours upgrade time is based on our best estimates and may vary. We will maintain the communication on the progress of the upgrade on our official web announcement.
