If your fiat currency deposit to OceanEx does not arrive within the estimated 1 to 7 working days, here are the steps to take:
- Check if you forgot to include the deposit reference/memo. Without a reference/memo, some deposits cannot be automatically assigned to your account.
- Make sure you entered our bank details correctly.
- Check if there are any banking holidays.
- Submit a ticket and our support team will contact you via email and assist you with the deposit.
- Please do not maliciously declare incorrect information. In cases of this were found, OceanEx has the right to freeze your fiat account permanently.
- Please do not directly contact our bank or payment processor if you experience funding issues. This will result in additional delays.
