Step 2
From the OceanEx homepage, click the upper right corner “Wallet” → “Withdraw” → “Fiat Withdraw”.
Step 3
Please select the bank account information from the list. If you have not added any bank account yet, please add it to the address book first.
Please note that we ONLY support fiat withdrawals to non-American banks.
How to Add New Bank Address?
→ Part 1. Receiving Bank Information Introduction
All the information below should be filled in the Roman characters.
Bank Name:Please fill in the receiving bank’s full name.
SWIFT Code:SWIFT is the most common form of international wire transfers. The SWIFT code is internationally labeled and consists of 8-11 characters. Please consult with your receiving bank and get the SWIFT code.
Account Type: If the receiving address is a personal bank card, please choose Personal
Reference (Optional): This remark is the withdrawal information that OceanEx will send money to your receiving bank when withdrawing funds.
→ Part 2. Beneficiary Information
All the information in part 2 should be filled in the Roman characters.
Please note that the name on the bank wire must match the legal name on your fiat account.
→ Part 3. Intermediary Information
All the information in part 3 should be filled in the Roman characters.
If you are not sure whether you need to enter intermediary information, please consult with your card issuer. If your issuing bank has international settlement ability, it does not need to fill in the intermediary information. For more details, please refer to the actual card issuance.
Step 2
Please click the Submit button to confirm your withdrawal. After you have submitted a withdrawal request, it will be available to check the record in the withdrawal history. The status of the withdrawal should be Submitted.
Step 3
For the safety of your funds, your withdrawal information would be carefully verified by OceanEx operations. After the verification complete, OceanEx will entrust Prime Trust to send you a final confirmation email. Usually the verification process would be done within 24 hours. Please check your email box and confirm the withdrawal for the final step.
Step 4
Once your withdrawal has been remitted out, the withdrawal status should be changed to Completed.
Step 5
Please pay close attention to the receiving bank account information and make sure the information is correct. Considering the particularity of international remittances, the intermediary bank may fail to confirm with the payee and will send your withdrawal back into your OceanEx account with extra costs due to error in payee information.
Note:
- OceanEx can only accept withdraw wires if the name on the bank wire matches the legal name on your fiat account.
- It may usually take 1-7 working days for international wire transactions. If the deposit has not arrived beyond the estimated time period, please submit a ticket and to OceanEx help center.
