Our cloud infrastructure service provider conducted several unscheduled maintenances today that has caused intermittent service interruptions of OceanEx. When such disruption happens, please do not worry as our robust platform architecture is designed to recover from such incidents automatically, and no data (orders/trades/deposits/withdraws) will be lost.
Please be patient during such automatic recovery if future incidents happen, and it usually takes only a few minutes. We greatly appreciate your understanding. We are also working with the provider on the possibility of informing us about future maintenances so we could communicate with our community in advance.
