If your withdrawals are not received, please navigate to OceanEx official website: https://oceanex.pro , click “Deposit & Withdraw” → “History” → “Withdraw” → Check the Txid and the status of your withdrawal.
If the blockchain status shows "Submitted" , it indicates that OceanEx has begun the transfer on the corresponding blockchain but the transaction has not completed yet, please be patient and wait for the confirmation process to complete.
If the blockchain status shows "Submitted" over 2 hours, it means that your withdrawal request has entered the manual audit process. To facilitate expediting your audit process, please provide the following information to us via a ticket:
- Your verified email address
- Type of coin/token
- Withdrawal amount
- Withdrawal address
- Transaction ID (TxID) in text format
- Withdrawal history screenshots
If the blockchain status shows "Completed", it means that OceanEx has transferred coins/tokens to you successfully. If you still had issues, please contact the owner of destination address.
