Resetting your Google Authenticator settings will disable your 2FA protection. To help protect your account, please immediately re-enable Google 2FA when you regain access to your account, then write your new 16-digit key on paper and save it somewhere secure.
To turn off the 2FA Google Authenticator, please provide us the following information via a ticket(https://support.oceanex.pro/hc/en-us/requests/new):
1. Your accounted Email address
2. A selfie of you, statement and your passport or ID(which you‘ve used for KYC)information page on the same page. The statement should contain: 'OceanEx', application for turning off 2FA Google Authenticator on my account,the application date, and your signature.
Please ensure your face and the message clearly visible.It must be clear to view, with no reflections, censors, blurs, or otherwise blocking of information.Any selfies that are judged to have been faked will result in the account being frozen or withdrawals being prohibited.
