If you failed to bind 2FA Google Authenticator, please check the following:
(1) Ensure that "Google Authenticator" App is properly installed in your phone.
(2) Ensure that the time on your phone (the one running the GA APP) is synchronized with the standard time. To synchronize the time, please refer to the following content.
For Android users:
Go to the Main Menu on the Google Authenticator app
- Select Settings
- Select Time correction for codes
- Select Sync now
For iOS (Apple iPhone) users:
- Go to the iPhone Settings.
- Select General
- Select Date & Time
- Enable Set Automatically
(3) Ensure that you enter the correct GA pin code within the time.
