Or, you can follow the steps to find the entrance to our ticket syste.
1. Log in to OceanEx official website https://oceanex.pro, on the lower part of homepage, click “Help Center”.
2. Click “Submit a request” on the top right corner.
3. Enter your email address, subject, description, and question type.
4. If you have screenshots or other other files rated to your issue, please upload the document in the attachment bar.
5. After all information is fiiled, please click"Submit". You will get a notification for successfuly submitted a ticket on the upper right corner.

1. To submit a ticket, please click “submit a request”.
2. Please enter your registered email address on OceanEx. This will help us locate your problems faster.
3. Please note that providing all necessary information will increase the priority to solve your problem.
