1) Please make sure you are checking the same email address that was used shen registering the OceanEx account.
2) The delay of the verification email is often caused by network issues, so please make sure the network works normally or click the Send Code button again before waiting for a couple minutes.
3) Your mailbox storage is full. Please clear some old emails to free up some space for more emails
4) Sometimes, the email may have been sent to your spam box, so be sure to check there. It is also recommended to add the noreply@oceanex.pro email address to your mailbox's whitelist to prevent the email going to the spam folder in the future
