If you made a withdrawal but not received it, please either navigate to “My Wallet” – “Withdraw”, scroll down to the bottom of the page, or “My Wallet” – “Exchange fund records” – “Withdraw”, then you will see all your withdrawal history to date here.
Find the record you want to check, you can see the confirmation data and status of this withdrawal transaction. Show detailed information by clicking the arrow, the TXID will be displayed, which will direct you to the blockchain explorer for checking.
- If the blockchain explorer shows "Success" but the transaction is unconfirmed, please wait for the confirmation process to be completed.
- If the TXID has not been generated over 2 hours after you submitted the withdrawal request, it means that your withdrawal has entered our manual audit process. To facilitate expediting your audit process, you can contact us via a ticket providing the following information :
- Your registered email address
- Type of coin/token
- Withdrawal amount
- Withdrawal address
- Transaction ID (TxID) in text format
- Withdrawal history screenshots
- If the blockchain explorer shows "Success", it means that OceanEx has successfully sent out your coins/tokens. If you still have issues, please contact the support of the destination address for further help.
