- Change your password
- Forget and reset your password
- Turn off the 2FA Google Authenticator
- Unlink your phone
2. Also, once you have executed the following operation like Enter wrong verification codes for 5 times，your account will be automatically prohibited to withdraw for 2 hours.
3. When your withdrawal amount exceeds a certain amount, you will be asked to enter the last 4 digits of your KYC document, if you have entered them wrongly 5 times, your account will be prohibited to withdraw.
