OceanEx will start a withdrawal review process as soon as you click the withdrawal confirmation button. Every withdrawal will eventually be sent to the blockchain.
Once your withdrawal is already on the blockchain, it cannot be stopped or canceled because of the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions.
So if you mistakenly entered a wrong receiving address in a withdrawal transaction, please check immediately whether you can find the transaction information on the corresponding blockchain explorer or not.
If you cannot find it on the blockchain, please contact us by submitting a ticket as soon as possible. We will help check whether we can cancel your withdrawal request.
But, if you have seen it on the blockchain, there is nothing we can do to help. Because no one had any power to stop it once it's already on the blockchain.
In addition, on account of the anonymity of the blockchain, OceanEx is also unable to locate where your funds have been sent. If you have sent your coins/tokens to the wrong address by mistake, please use other methods to locate, or contact the support center of the recipient platform or wallet and ask for their help.
If you have withdrawn your funds to another exchange/wallet with an incorrect or empty tag/required description, please contact the receiving exchange with your TxID to request a refund.
In light of the risk of financial loss, please be sure to check carefully the receiving address of your withdrawal before tapping the “confirm” button, make sure that the receiving address is entered correctly.
