If you have crypto funds on OceanEx, and want to transfer your cryptocurrency from OceanEx account to other platforms or wallets, please follow these steps:
Login to OceanEx official website: https://oceanex.pro/en/home
Position your mouse cursor over “Funds” on the upper right corner of the page then click on “withdraw”. Or you can also find the withdraw function in “My Wallet”.
Choose the coin/token you are going to withdraw from OceanEx. Fill in your withdrawal destination address and the amount. Please pay attention to the minimum withdrawal amount of coins required and the amount you will receive.
If you withdraw a coin in support of multiple networks, for example MATIC, you have to choose which network is going to be used for this withdrawal transaction. One-click on the drop down menu you will see all of the supported networks on OceanEx. Make sure to select a supported network.
For certain coins/tokens, such as XLM or XRP, you must fill in the Memo when making a deposit, or your funds cannot be received.
Click “Submit”. You will see that the system is asking you for verification codes. Do not forget to hit the "SEND" button to send the code to your registered email.
The system will send a security authentication code to your registered email. Open the email titled “Verification Code”, make sure that it is your intended transaction, and then return to the page and enter the verification code received in the email.
The verification code will be valid for 30 minutes. Please do not provide the code to anyone else.
After you have filled in those verification codes successfully, please wait patiently for the withdrawal to be confirmed.
After we have made step 4 successfully, let's go back to the "My Wallet" page, or you can click the arrow to the right under "Funds“ as the picture shows to get into "Balances".
Navigate to "Exchange fund records" to Check the status of your withdrawal.
Congratulations! You've made a successful withdrawal from OceanEx! Now please go to your receiving wallet or exchange to have a check!
