To start trading, you need to deposit crypto assets to OceanEx first. If you have got an account, you can easily complete your deposit transaction with the following steps.
Let’s take Deposit VET to OceanEx as an example here:
Step 1
Log in to OceanEx official website: https://oceanex.pro/en/home
Step 2
Position your mouse cursor over “Funds” on the upper right corner of the page then click “Deposit”. Or you can also find the Deposit function in “My Wallet”.
Step 3
Copy the VET deposit address or scan the VET deposit QR Code then paste it on the address field on the platform you intend to send your assets from. Please pay attention to the minimum amount of coins/tokens required and the number of blocks to be confirmed.
Note:
If you deposit a coin in support of multiple networks, for example MATIC, you have to choose which network is going to be used for this deposit transaction. One-click on the drop down menu you will see all of the supported networks on OceanEx. Make sure to select a supported network.
For certain coins/tokens, such as XLM or XRP, you must fill in the Memo when making a deposit, or your funds cannot be received.
Step 4
Using VeChainThor Wallet as an example. Let's find VET, click in, and choose"transfer".
Paste OceanEx’s VET deposit address into VeChainThor Wallet’s VET withdrawal address field and enter the withdrawal amount. And you will make a withdrawal from VeChainThor Wallet.
Step 5
After we have made step 4 successfully, let's go back to the "My Wallet" page, or you can click the arrow to the right under "Funds“ as the picture shows to get into "Balances".
Step 6
Navigate to "Exchange fund records" to Check the status of your deposit.
